Ashrow Talent Management was established in 2015 and have gone from strength to strength, building and growing a hugely successful business despite troubling times facing the industry globally.

We continue to champion exceptional talent based throughout the UK and internationally.

Ashrow work in all aspects of the industry including Film, TV, Stage, Musicals, and Commercials. They are proud and active members of the Personal Managers Association.

ROWAN SCARBOROUGH-SMITH

Partner/ Senior Talent Agent

Rowan co-founded Ashrow Talent Management in 2015. She has worked as an actor, producer and voiceover artist. Rowan also previously ran her own Theatre company, Ashrow Theatre.

Rowan particularly prides herself on only repping exceptional talent and lives for that gorgeous gasp when she calls an actor to say they have their dream job! 🦊💜

FRANK SIMMS

Senior Agent and Head of Contractual Affairs

Frank first pulled on a pair of dance shoes when he was three before making his way to Arts Ed and training for his BA in Musical Theatre. Frank has worked widely across stage and screen and has been an agent since 2015, when he co-founded the agency.

PAIGE ALEXANDRA

Talent Agent

Paige joined the Ashrow family in 2023. With a background in MT and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the field, Paige heads up the MT side of the agency alongside Frank.

EMILY VINNICOMBE

Agency Assistant

Emily joined the agency as an actor in 2016 and has worked for us as a freelance assistant for many years.

REBECCA HOLMES

Agency Assistant

Rebecca joined the agency as an actor right at the start of our journey in 2015 and has been working alongside the team for many years as our general assistant. Rebecca also manages our social media.
