MEMBERS OF THE PMA

At Ashrow Talent Management we have a wealth of experience as performers and creatives, including producing, directing and casting, and provide a personal and approachable management for our actors, taking pride in the achievements of them all.

As well as representing Actors who are mainly based in London and Manchester, Ashrow has a specific niche in the Midlands, where all of our team have family and professional connections. The regions are an essential and valuable part of the UK arts industry and we believe it is vital that artists with bases all over the country should have strong representation.

THE TEAM

ROWAN SCARBOROUGH-SMITH

Managing Director

Rowan co-founded the agency in 2015. Prior to founding Ashrow Talent Management Rowan worked within a co-operative agency and also previously ran Ashrow Theatre.

FRANK SIMMS

Senior Agent and Head of Contractual Affairs

Frank first pulled on a pair of dance shoes when he was three before making his way to Arts Ed and training for his BA in Musical Theatre. Frank has worked widely across stage and screen and has been an agent since 2015, when he co-founded the agency.

SHELLEY DRAPER

Head of Finance

Shelley co-founded the Ashrow Talent Management in 2015, having previously worked with Rowan within a co-operative agency. Shelley now heads up the finance side of the business.

PAIGE ALEXANDRA

Talent Agent

Paige joined the Ashrow family in 2023. With a background in MT and an encyclopaedic knowledge of the field, Paige heads up the MT side of the agency alongside Frank.

EMILY VINNICOMBE

Agency Assistant

Emily joined the agency as an actor in 2016 and has worked for us as a freelance assistant for many years.

REBECCA HOLMES

Agency Assistant

Rebecca joined the agency as an actor right at the start of our journey in 2015 and has been working alongside the team for many years as our general assistant. Rebecca also manages our social media.
